Stage 5 - Certification
For new building dwellings we can offer certification by providing a Professional Consultants Certificate by the Council of Mortgage Lenders. The guarantee includes for a 6-year liablity period.
During the construction process we would carry out regular visits at important stages to check conformity against approved drawings before issuing the certificate at the end of the construction process.
