Loft Conversion, Sharpe Close
Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire
This loft conversion in North Lincolnshire included a roof lift on the original dwelling lifting the ridge and eaves levels of the property. The resulting spaces provided additional home work space with a gallery landing separating the two rooms.
An animation was created to assist the local authority with their decision by presenting the affect of the sun during different times of the day at summer and winter soltice. The project was completed in early 2011.
