This project is a small housing development in an agricultural holding in the rural countryside of Boston. Following a successful Class Q application proposing the conversion of the agricultural building on the site we submitted the site under a full planning application to propose the demolishing of the existing units and the construction of 5 dwellings, 2 detached, 2 semi-detached and one within the front facing existing brick barn.
A complex site with limited space, the proposed demolition and new build provided the opportunity not only for a better standard of dwelling but also for better on-site landscaping, parking and manoeuvring.
To support the standard set of drawings, high-resolution CGI visuals were prepared to support the scheme through demonstration of mass and materials.
