Situated within the small village of Norton Disney, we have collaborated closely with a regional developer to successfully acquire development rights for a parcel of land situated behind an existing dwelling and the village hall. This collaboration has yielded a carefully planned project: a development scheme encompassing four dwellings. The first completed dwelling represents the transformation of a partially constructed games room into a splendid, single-story detached house. Carefully chosen materials that harmonise with the site's environment have been utilised, resulting in a high-quality interior and exterior finish. This plot serves as a testament to the harmonious partnership between the architect and the developer, reflecting their partnership from concept to completion.
Meanwhile, the rest of the site is host to an ongoing construction project comprising a pair of semi-detached homes. These two residences are anticipated to reach completion by the end of 2023. The development process for this site necessitated careful navigation of the planning procedures, entailing close working relationship with the planning department to secure appropriate development on the site.
