We were appraoched by a local developer to gain planning permission for a long strip of land in Cherry Willingham. The site whilst narrow was able to accomodate several properties, our outline planning application proposed 9 properties of 2 house sizes (3 and 4 bedroom). This applciation was called into the planning committee meeting by the local ward councillor, Origin Design Studio presented the prohject and addressed questions asked by teh councillors. unfortunately the applciation was refused by a nearly unanimous vote. In November 2016 we succesfully overturned this decision notice at appeal.
We have subsequently prepared and submitted the reserved matters applciation with the designs for the properties. We hope to break grounhd on the site in late 2020.
