Top Site, Cherry Willingham
After our success at appeal for the land in Cherry Willingham we were engaged by a seperate clietn to bring the land above our successful site for 9 properties and attempt to gain planning for more residential dwelligns.
The site is smaller but deeper which allowed two residential properties of a similar style but larger to be proposed. We submitted this application as a full application and gained approval without having to present at planning committee.
After preparing the detailed design drawings we have supported the developer who started on site in October 2019.
